Return Conditions

You may return an item if the following criteria are met:

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • All components and accessories are included

  • The item is not labeled as final sale or non-returnable

Returned items must arrive in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond with return instructions, including the return shipping address and authorization code if applicable.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

  • We suggest using a tracked shipping service to avoid loss during transit.

  • Refunds will only be issued upon safe receipt of the returned goods.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not function properly, notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.


Refund Timeline

After receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your financial provider but typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchange Policy

We do not currently support direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process for your original purchase and place a new order for the desired product.
